Point in the form

Just to the form, learn to take a point in the form, be the point and move in it

Pressure, extension, intention

Pressure  from the lower body, extension from the upper body plus the intention from the heart and directed by the head.

During the general assemblee of the dutch national sport federation (NOC-NSF) on the 15th november, aikido was presented by a demo-team of the Aikido Nederland. It was the first time ever aikido was on this stage.
